Astrakhan poultry farm "Kharabalinskaya" increased production output by 1.5 times thanks to the national project

The volume of egg production in the Astrakhan region this year will amount to more than 270 million pieces.

The Agricultural Enterprise-Poultry Farm " Kharabalinskaya " in the Astrakhan region, as part of its participation in the national project "Labor Productivity", introduced new work standards, which allowed to increase production volumes and reduce product defects, said the region's governor Igor Babushkin.

"A specific operation was assigned to each employee and the operation of the equipment was improved. This allowed to increase the volume of egg production by 1.5 times and reduce the level of defects. Now there are more than 4 thousand units of production per employee per shift," Babushkin wrote in the Telegram channel.

According to forecasts from the regional Ministry of Agriculture, the volume of egg production in the Astrakhan Region this year will amount to more than 270 million units.

The national project "Labor Productivity" has been implemented in the Astrakhan Region since 2022. During this time, according to Babushkin, Astrakhan enterprises have increased production by 30%.

The national project helps companies increase the production of in-demand products, increase revenues and accelerate import substitution. Experts from the Federal Competence Center visit production facilities and, together with the enterprise's employees, develop a process optimization plan.
