The Arbitration COURT of the Belgorod Region extended the procedure for bankruptcy proceedings at Zagorye JSC, which is part of the White Bird holding, until November 22, 2021.
The minutes of the meeting of creditors of Zagorye JSC dated May 19 recorded that claims totaling 36.311 billion rubles were entered into the register. The share of repaid claims of third priority creditors is 0.03% (1.6 million rubles). The market value of the property included in the bankruptcy estate is estimated at 2.4 billion rubles.
The majority creditor of Zagorye JSC with the amount of claims of about 22.837 billion rubles is Trust Bank, which in 2019 became the assignee of AvtoVAZbank. The debt of Zagorye JSC to another bank, Vozrozhdenie, has now approached 2.927 billion rubles.
Earlier, a division of PJSC Cherkizovo Group, JSC Vasilyevskaya Poultry Farm, was included in the register of creditors . An agreement on the assignment of rights of claim between the Vasilyevsky Poultry Farm and the legal successor of AvtoVAZbank was concluded in November 2020. In March of this year, the court replaced it in the register with Trust Bank.
Zagorie JSC, which specializes in the production of hatching eggs, joined the White Bird holding in 2004. In 2018, the company was declared bankrupt at the request of Menkar LLC (the procedural assignee of the debt to the Moscow Abik Septa Firm LLC for the supply of veterinary drugs). Shortly before the start of the arbitration process, in September of the same year, Zagorie JSC decided to self-liquidate, notifying the tax service about it. The court declared the debtor insolvent and opened bankruptcy proceedings. The next report of the bankruptcy trustee is scheduled for November 22.
