She was hospitalized with various injuries and is still undergoing treatment. According to the experts, the victim suffered serious bodily injuries," the USC said.

The driver was under the influence of ALCOHOL at the time of the accident . The concentration of ethyl alcohol in the exhaled air is more than 1.5 ppm. Previously, the man was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules.

The driver of the car was charged under part 4 of article 317 (violation of traffic rules by a person driving a vehicle while intoxicated, which negligently caused serious bodily harm) of the Criminal Code. With the sanction of the prosecutor, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was applied to him.
