A man who broke a billboard of a restaurant in Minsk was detained

November 12, MINSK. A man has been arrested for smashing a billboard for a fast food restaurant. BelTA was informed about this in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Earlier, a video was published in one of the TELEGRAM channels, in which unknown young people drink ALCOHOL in a fast food restaurant, after which the feast turns into a conflict that resulted in a broken billboard of the establishment.

"The operatives identified the man who broke the billboard - he turned out to be a 33-year-old previously convicted resident of Borisov. As the detainee himself explained, he and his friends drank alcohol in a fast food restaurant until the employees of the establishment asked to leave the premises. On the porch of the establishment "the friends had a conflict between themselves, during which one of the men pushed the other. As a result of the fall, the package with the remaining alcohol was broken. The company decided to leave the place of the brawl, however, the caring citizen was outraged by the situation and he asked to remove the package with fragments," told the police department.

The detainee reacted aggressively and began to sort things out with the citizen who made the remark. The conflict did not continue, and then the resident of Borisov took out his anger on the billboard of the institution. The amount of damage was Br300.

The investigators gave a legal assessment of the actions of the detainee and opened a criminal case on the fact of committing hooliganism.
