Four people were injured in an accident in Minsk over the weekend

January 3, MINSK. Four people were injured in an accident in Minsk over the past weekend. BelTA was informed about this by the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

In the capital over the weekend there were 112 accidents in which four people were injured. Also, inspectors of the State traffic inspectorate detained 30 motorists for driving while intoxicated, and 141 drivers were attracted for violations of the rules for crossing pedestrian crossings. Traffic police officers prevented 69 facts of driving a car without rights. In addition, 58 cases were recorded when drivers neglected the requirements for the use of seat belts.

According to the traffic police, over the weekend 373 pedestrians violated traffic rules, 55 of them were intoxicated .

The State traffic inspectorate calls on road users to respect each other and reminds that strict observance of traffic rules is the key to road safety.
