Campaign "Safety in every home" launched in Belarus

January 24, MINSK. The action "Safety in every home" has started today in Belarus. This was reported to BelTA by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"The main causes of emergencies in the residential sector are still careless handling of fire, violation of the rules for operating stove heating and electrical equipment, children's pranks. Statistics show that more than half of the incidents occur due to the fault of people who did not know or were irresponsible about the implementation of the rules of the fire department. In order to once again draw the attention of residents to this topic, as well as the problem of death in fire, from January 24 to February 11, the action "Safety in every home" will be held in the republic," the press service said.

The action will take place in three stages. The first of them - from January 24 to 28 - will focus on people who abuse ALCOHOL and lead an asocial lifestyle, and the venues will be day care departments of drug dispensaries, strong points, and security centers. "A sober look at safety" - this is the motto under which propagandists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, representatives of the Red Cross, the Department of Internal Affairs, the clergy, the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the BDPO, veterans of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and volunteers will unite their efforts in the prevention of fires.

At the second stage, which will take place from January 31 to February 9, the attention of the organizers of the action will shift to elderly citizens with an active lifestyle, residents of rural areas, as well as students of universities, lyceums and colleges. For the target audience of the golden age, the event "Skarbonka byaspeki" is planned, which will be held on the basis of rural houses of culture. Interactive platforms will work, games and quests will be held. The older generation will not be left without attention in the territorial centers of social services. Rescuers have prepared many interesting thematic events, including interactive games "Field of Miracles with the Ministry of Emergency Situations", "Name the Price", "Security Secret" and the disco "To whom for ...".

For young people, the propagandists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will also prepare a lot of interesting things. Students and graduate students will become participants in the talk show "Dialogue", in which they will try to find solutions to existing problems in the field of life safety. it will not do without the game "Where is the logic?", in which you need to connect the words encrypted on the slides with the rules of safe behavior, and the "Brain Ring", where participants will answer questions regarding safety rules within a minute. In the game-competition "Detective Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations", the guys will go through a series of tasks related to security issues.

Young people are waiting for a lesson on the causes of emergencies "Safety Formula", where from the items indicated in the presentation it will be necessary to make a "Safety Formula" and prevent a fire in the building. In the "Musical Battle for Security", after listening to the soundtracks of famous songs in turn, the participants will have to combine their names or lines and deduce security postulates.

The final third stage of the action will take place from 10 to 11 February. Traditionally, the propagandists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will deploy interactive platforms in crowded places: shopping centers, open areas, taking into account compliance with epidemiological standards.

During the campaign, the opportunity to work in an online format through social networks and instant messengers will also be used. Classes, lectures via the Internet, direct distribution of booklets and correspondence, telephone communication in the format "Rescuers are in touch ..." for people with limited contact, and much more.
