April 29, MINSK. A drunken resident of the Braslav region destroyed the beach on Lake Vidzy. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Law enforcement officers managed to establish that a noisy company had a rest here at about 2.00 am. A group of seven people came to the beach after the disco. Everyone except the driver was intoxicated . Young people continued to drink ALCOHOL , when one of them began to set fire to the umbrellas standing on the beach. He also tore out benches and an information stand from the ground, and then set them on fire.

Other party members tried to pacify a friend, but he continued to destroy everything in his path. Only after some time the 24-year-old hooligan calmed down and the company left.

The malefactor was detained in some hours after a signal in militia. The man became a defendant in a criminal case for hooliganism.
