December 11, Moscow . A meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission with the participation of vice-premiers of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union will be held on December 12. Belarus is represented in the EEC Council by Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko, the EEC press service told BELTA.

At the meeting, it is planned to consider issues on the development of the draft interstate program “Eurasian Electric Bus”, on the list of financial organizations participating in the mechanism of financial assistance in the implementation of joint cooperation projects in industrial sectors by the EAEU countries . Systemic problematic issues regarding the liberalization of services will be discussed in terms of determining the substantive equivalence of regulation, implementing the rules of the single market for services into the legislation of the EAEU states and establishing administrative cooperation.

Members of the EEC Council will be presented with the results of monitoring and analysis of the results of the implementation of the action plan to increase the level of provision of the EAEU member states with strategically important medicines and pharmaceutical substances for medical use, the production of which should be ensured in the union until 2024. It is also planned to approve a new edition of the rules for conducting clinical trials and clinical laboratory tests (research) of medical devices and make changes to the uniform rules and regulations for ensuring plant quarantine in the customs territory of the EAEU.

A large block of questions will be devoted to the field of technical regulation. In particular, the deputy prime ministers will consider the implementation of the agreement on the introduction of uniform forms of vehicle passport (vehicle chassis passport) and passport of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment, and the organization of an electronic passport system. It is planned to make changes to the technical regulations for oil and fat and ALCOHOL products, to previous decisions regarding chicken MEAT and certain types of precious stones. It is also planned to consider the rules for regulating the circulation of disinfectants, disinsection and decontamination agents for veterinary purposes in the customs territory of the EAEU.

In the field of customs regulation, the EEC Council intends to approve a list of goods (categories of goods), cases and conditions when the transportation of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals. The procedure for using navigation seals, recording information in a navigation seal will also be determined, and an action plan for applying protective measures in the seal will be approved.

In addition, the EEC Council will consider the results of a socio-economic analysis of the feasibility of introducing a phased ban on the import and production of certain types of disposable polymer products in the EAEU, an action plan for the transition to the use of electronic documents, a report on the application of criteria for classifying the market as a cross-border market and a number of other issues.
