In the Voronezh region, a competition of professional skills of operators for artificial insemination of cattle was held

The 35th anniversary regional competition of operators for artificial insemination of cattle was held at the site of JSC Breeding Enterprise Voronezhskoye. The event was attended by the best specialists who proved themselves in regional competitions of professional skills. Traditionally, the competition is held among the insemination technicians of agricultural enterprises, as well as specialists from the private sector.
During the opening ceremony, Roman Erofeev, Deputy HEAD of the Livestock Development Department of the Department of Agrarian Policy of the Voronezh Region, and Vladimir Pikalov, General DIRECTOR of Voronezh Breeding Enterprise JSC, wished the contestants success.
This year, specialists from 15 districts of the region took part in the competition: 23 from agricultural enterprises, 5 from the private sector.
Traditionally, the competition takes place in several stages, which allows you to identify all the components of the profession: work in the laboratory, preparing a cow for insemination, insemination, testing theoretical knowledge, keeping records at the insemination point. During these stages, the participants demonstrated their skills and abilities, revealed their abilities to the maximum, showing their professional skills.
According to the results of the 35th competition, the panel of judges has identified the winners.
Among the enterprises, the third place was awarded to Ivanna Frolova from JSC Yuzhnoye, Rossoshsky District. Second place - Maksim Sagaydak - EkoNivaAgro LLC, Liskinsky District. The first place was taken by Dmitry Teplov - EkoNivaAgro, Liskinsky District. Prizes were also awarded to specialists from the private sector. The third place was won by Evgenia Komendatskaya from the Olkhovatsky district, the second place was awarded to Lyubov Kuznetsova from the Kashirsky district, the first place was taken by Maxim Puchkov from the Kashirsky district.
The winners were awarded with diplomas and prizes.
Thanks to the competition of professional skills, specialists have the opportunity to grow professionally. Participation in the regional event causes a feeling of pride in their work. And this, in turn, increases the prestige of the profession and the importance of labor in the countryside. The profession of an inseminator is the most important link in replenishing the herd and increasing the efficiency of the breeding work of the enterprise, which contributes to the growth of production indicators, the development of dairy and beef cattle breeding.
