Sowing of winter crops has begun in the Tomsk region

The farms of the Kozhevnikovsky and Tomsk regions were the first to open the sowing campaign. In the southernmost, Kozhevnikovsky district, 1060 hectares are sown with winter crops, in the Tomsk municipality - 480 hectares.
Autumn tillage for future sowing is carried out by three districts of the region - Kozhevnikovsky, Krivosheinsky and Pervomaisky. In total, 1838 ha have been processed.
The harvesting campaign continues in six districts of the region. At the moment, the crop has been harvested from 12.2 thousand hectares, more than 35 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops have been threshed. The average yield is 28.7 q/ha.
More than half of winter wheat and rye have already been harvested - 58.3% and 63.2%, respectively. In absolute terms, the indicators look like this - about 13 thousand tons of wheat and over 10.5 thousand tons of rye were harvested (yields - 30.4 and 29.7 centners per hectare, respectively). Peas harvested 22.3% of the plan. This is about 6 thousand tons (yield is 24.9 q/ha). Oats and barley are being harvested.
Forage harvesting is nearing completion - the plan has been fulfilled by 82.7%. For one conditional head, 23 centners of feed units were prepared. Fallow treatment is nearing completion – the plan is 86.5% fulfilled. The export of organics continues - more than 390 thousand tons have been sent to the fields.
