The XXIX agricultural exhibition-fair of machinery and equipment started at the site of JSC "B-Istokskoye RTPS" on April 5.
The event is considered one of the main events in the agro-industrial complex of the Ural region on the eve of the sowing campaign. Traditionally, not only new technology is presented here, but also digitalization, modernization, promising areas of development and technical re-equipment of the agricultural industry are discussed.
Traditionally, scientists from the Ural State Agrarian University presented their engineering and technical developments for the agro-industrial complex.
A smart hydroponic installation allows you to automate the process of growing berries, vegetables and herbs in an urban space. Hydroponics has built-in sensors for monitoring humidity, temperature, lighting, ambient air composition and other parameters. This allows you to control all processes with high accuracy, excluding the human factor. A rotary mechanism allows you to reduce energy costs, save planting area, and, most importantly, increase the growth and maturation of plants.
An unmanned aerial vehicle makes it possible to make agricultural production more profitable by saving labor, time and financial resources - the unmanned aerial vehicle monitors the condition of the soil and crops, and in addition, it can spot-spray areas of fields.
Measuring and control equipment allows you to automate the process of manufacturing cylindrical parts on surface grinding machines. The invention is based on a control system that controls dimensions with high accuracy and automatically corrects the operation of the machine. For the first time in the world, scientists from the Ural State Agrarian University used a vibration generator and a vibrator to control the surface of a part that is interrupted during the manufacturing process.
At the USAU booth there are also new complex fertilizers, products of deep processing of plant products, scientific and practical recommendations, monographs and textbooks on topical issues in the development of the agro-industrial complex.
In addition, scientists from the Ural Agrarian University made a presentation of their own scientific developments as part of the business program of the exhibition. Representatives of the university became the organizers of two round tables on the topics of modern scientific achievements in the practice of production and processing of crop products and scientific support for the innovative development of animal husbandry and biotechnology.
“Ural Agrarian University is very closely involved in the issue of innovative developments for the agro-industrial complex of the region and the country. For this purpose, 15 scientific schools, 20 scientific and educational laboratories, 4 small innovative enterprises, a training and experimental farm, etc. work at the university. And it is important for us not only to talk about our achievements, but also to exchange experience with partners, in particular, with production workers. Therefore, for the first time at this exhibition, we have organized a business program and invite everyone,” said Mikhail Karpukhin, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at USAU, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
The agricultural exhibition-fair of machinery and equipment "Ural-AGRO-2022" will last in Bolshoi Istok until April 7. As part of the event, students of the faculties: engineering technologies, agricultural technologies and land management and secondary vocational education (agricultural college) of USAU will have open practical classes.
