
This was announced by the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov. In the spring of this year, the farmers of the region were among the first in the country to start the sowing campaign.
To date, 847.3 thousand hectares of spring crops or 100% of the plan have been sown in the region, including spring cereals (peas, spring barley, oats) - 256.8 thousand hectares or 100% of the plan.
The prevailing agro-meteorological conditions favorably affected the accumulation of productive moisture reserves in the soil, the state of crops is assessed as good, in the east of the region, early-ripening wheat varieties begin heading.
All work is carried out within the established agro-technological terms, the potential of the crop is laid at the level of average annual indicators.
For carrying out spring field work, agricultural producers of the region have accumulated more than 423.8 thousand tons in physical. weight of mineral fertilizers, of which 350.2 thousand tons are nitrogen. Work is actively underway to carry out the second nitrogen fertilization in 19 districts, while in three districts (Novoaleksandrovsky, Grachevsky, Sovetsky) these works have been completed.
Farmers in Stavropol are fully provided with fuel and lubricants for spring field work and are saving for the next cycle of harvesting and related work.
In order to successfully carry out seasonal field work, at the moment, preferential funds for 14 billion rubles have been approved for the agrarians of the region.
State support for agricultural producers in the Stavropol Territory was provided in the amount of 1,349.3 million rubles, including 1,209.5 million rubles from the federal budget and 139.8 million rubles from the regional budget.
