The new building of the poultry farm will be equipped with an automatic ventilation system with seven exhaust shafts and a cooling system. Ventilation shafts are regulated by the speed of the screws and the position of the damper, which allows you to lower the temperature in the poultry houses and remove the smell. For heating in winter, the house is equipped with gas guns. All life support systems of the poultry house are duplicated by an electric generator.
There are four automatic drinker lines in each house. The lighting system is represented by 114 LED lamps with a power of 6 amperes each. The calculation of the uniformity of illumination was carried out using special programs on a computer.
Cleaning of the poultry house after the slaughter company starts from the ceiling, then the walls, and cleaning is completedremoval of bedding using a minitractor. After that, the room is disinfected with a special solution. Sawdust and straw are used as non-removable, within 60 days, while the broiler growing cycle is in progress, litter in the poultry house.
You feed broilers with grain-based feed ordered according to the parameters from the “feed exchange” in Dagestan.
Kurban-Service fundamentally does not use any nutritional supplements or growth hormones. The cost of one kilogram of feed at the time of filming was 23 rubles. Starter feed is used for the first 10 days, followed by growth feed and after 43 days finisher feed is used.
However, the owners note that they deliberately deviated from the recommended feeding schedule for this broiler cross (cobb500) in order to maintain the quality of the product, despite the fact that this decision entails an increase in costs. This decision is justified, because the purity and quality of products is a competitive advantage and, most importantly, the HEALTH of the end consumer.
