The US imposed sanctions against 11 Russian companies and three oil tankers

The sanctions lists were replenished, in particular:

Also subject to American sanctions were the Progress shipping company (registered in Liberia), Kazan Shipping Inc. (registered in the UAE) and a number of other “Russian-related” companies from Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Inclusion in the American SDN list (Specially Designated Nationals List - list of sanctioned persons) entails the blocking of all assets owned by a person located in the United States and a ban on American persons from any interaction with sanctioned persons, including receiving from such persons and providing them or in their interests with money funds, goods or services.
