Khabirov offered to pay the families of the dead soldiers 2 million rubles each

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, submitted to the State Assembly - the Kurultai of the Republic a draft law "On additional measures to support members of the families of the dead, deceased servicemen." The document proposes to establish regional payments to the families of the military who died in Ukraine in the amount of 2 million rubles.

“We are talking about a one-time assistance at the expense of the budget of the republic in the amount of 2 million rubles in equal shares to each member of the family of a serviceman who died while performing tasks during a special military operation,” Khabirov said.

The head of the region invited the deputies of the State Assembly to consider the bill at a meeting on March 30 and adopt it.

As RBC Ufa reported, the first information about the soldiers killed in Ukraine from Bashkiria was received on March 4. Then they reported two dead, from the Zianchurinsky and Karmaskalinsky regions of the Republic of Belarus. There is no official summary data on the number of natives of Bashkiria who died in Ukraine. According to various sources, including the press services of municipalities and regional media, more than 20 servicemen from the republic have died since the start of the military operation.

Earlier, the head of the region called on the heads of municipalities to provide comprehensive assistance to the families of the military who died in Ukraine.
