In Moscow, taxis, carsharing and bicycle and electric scooter rental services will continue to operate as usual from October 28 to November 7. it is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Moscow Department of Transport.

“On all modes of transport, sanitary control measures will be strengthened,” the press service added. In the metropolitan deptrans asked Muscovites, if possible, to refrain from traveling around the city.

During non-working days, Moscow transport will continue to work with the usual intensity and in the usual schedule. So, the intervals of movement of metro trains, suburban trains and ground transport will be fully preserved, the department said earlier.

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, in connection with the increase in the incidence of covid-19 , proposed declaring non-working days from October 30 to November 7. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a corresponding decree. He noted that the authorities of each region can start the period of non-working days earlier or extend it.
