Doctors are recruited in Tyumen to work in villages with a salary of up to 90 thousand

In the Tyumen region, they are looking for doctors who will work in municipal areas. They are ready to pay up to 90,000 rubles to specialists, the amount of wages depends on the profile. This was reported by the press service of "MKDTS".

“We are preparing for the opening of the Mobile Medical Center. Its task is to provide assistance to the rural population, including those in hard-to-reach areas. The institution needs 12 specialists. Among them are a cardiologist, a gastroenterologist, an endocrinologist, doctors of ultrasound and functional diagnostics, a urologist, a neurologist, an endoscopist, two surgeons and a nurse. The brigade will go to Isetsky, Nizhnetavdinsky, Yarkovsky districts. So far, there is a recruitment of specialist doctors for the mobile team, ”the ICDC quotes the publication URA.RU.

Some of the offers are placed in the database of the Employment Center of the region. According to her, the DOCTOR who will perform the ultrasound is ready to pay from 70 to 90 thousand rubles a month. The cardiologist is offered from 70 to 80 thousand, the same amount - to the oncologist and endoscopist. The nurse will receive 35,000 rubles. There is a serious shortage of personnel in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals in the Tyumen region. Thus, according to the research center hh.ru, it is easiest for representatives of this profile to find a job in the region. Here, there are less than 1.6 resumes per vacancy. At the same time, the average offered salary for such specialists increased by 2,170 rubles over the year.
