Traffic police fines and money for vaccination: laws that come into force from September

RBC Tyumen has collected several important laws that come into force in September, and told how the life of Tyumen residents will change after this. 

Motorists will be able to appeal fines from traffic cameras online

Drivers will be able to appeal the fines recorded on the video through the COURT or the public services portal. The complaint will need to be signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature or a simple electronic signature, the key of which was obtained when applying for public services, or through a special form on the court’s website, if the court has the technical ability to accept it. Answers from the State traffic inspectorate will come within three days and also via the Internet.

You can win a prize for getting vaccinated against coronavirus

A program to encourage citizens who have been vaccinated against covid-19 is starting . All vaccinated people over the age of 18 will be able to take part in the draw. The lottery will run until December 1, 2021.

Goznak Joint-Stock Company will become its operator. The prize draw will take place on the official website of the lottery. 1000 winners will receive 100,000 rubles each.
