New restrictions: QR codes are introduced in Tatarstan

From October 11, QR codes in Tatarstan will be needed to visit gyms, shopping centers, mass events, and so on. Restrictions are introduced on the filling of cultural institutions and hotels

The HEAD of the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lilia Galimova, said that the government of the republic is preparing a decree on the introduction of additional restrictions from October 11. The decision was made against the background of the complicated situation with the incidence of CORONAVIRUS.

Theaters, cinemas (cinema halls), circuses, concert halls will be able to operate with the occupancy of the auditoriums no more than 50%, but no more than 500 people.

it is possible to work them at 70% occupancy if:

- all employees, as well as other persons involved in organizing and servicing the event, are vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, with the exception of persons who have medical contraindications for vaccination, confirmed by a certificate (medical report) from a medical organization;

- entry and presence at the event of persons over 18 years of age are allowed only upon presentation of valid QR codes confirming the vaccination against covid-19 or the disease transferred within the last six months;
