The Prosecutor General's Office will check the companies that announced the suspension of work in Russia

Prosecutors will tighten control over compliance with labor laws by companies that have suspended work in Russia. All cases of termination of activity will be checked for signs of fictitious and / or deliberate bankruptcy

For companies that have announced the suspension of work in Russia, on behalf of Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, supervision will be strengthened, according to the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General's Office.

“In order to ensure the interests of conscientious entrepreneurs and employees of organizations whose leaders have announced the suspension of activities in Russia, prosecutors have strengthened supervision over the compliance of such companies with the current legislation,” the report says.

As explained in the Prosecutor General's Office, prosecutors have established strict control over compliance with the law, including the terms of employment contracts, over the procedure for paying salaries and determining its size, over the fulfillment of obligations to contractors, as well as obligations to the state.

Prosecutors will pay special attention to the observance of the rights of socially unprotected groups of workers - persons with disabilities, pregnant women, those with minor children, citizens of pre-retirement and retirement age.
