
Part of the staff of the Rostov Portov airport is in idle time. RBC Rostov was told about this in the press service of the airport.
“At the moment, part of the airport employees are at their workplaces and are preparing for the spring-summer period. Part of the staff is idle with payment in accordance with the Labor Code,” the press service said.
In Platov, they could not name the share of employees sent to idle time. However, they noted that those of them who are not employed at the workplace “work daily as volunteers at the joint warehouse for humanitarian aid of the regional headquarters of“ We Are Together ”.
As RBC Rostov previously reported, on the morning of February 24, RUSSIA launched a military special operation on the territory of Ukraine. Since that day, the skies over a number of southern cities have been closed for security purposes. This led to a temporary suspension of the airports in Rostov, Krasnodar and a number of other cities in the South of Russia. Later, the flight ban was extended several times.
As RBC Krasnodar previously reported, airports in the capital of the Kuban and Anapa also transferred part of the employees to idle time, while maintaining 2/3 of the salary.
