
400 g of finished chocolate cookies (choose shortbread without icing and fillers);
250 g cream cheese (like "Mascarpone");
1 pinch of SALT;
1 bar of dark chocolate.
Cooking technique:Using a food processor or blender, grind the cookies into crumbs.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of crushed biscuits in a separate serving bowl. Add cream cheese and salt to the cookies, mix until smooth.
Line a large dish or tray with parchment paper. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on parchment paper.
Place the candy dish in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
Dip frozen balls into melted chocolate and return to serving dish. Sprinkle the cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate again until the chocolate is completely set, about 15 minutes.

Chocolate oatmeal cookies with peanut butterIngredients:3 tablespoons of cocoa powder without SUGAR;
1/2 cup sugar;
1/2 cup MILK;
1/2 cup butter;
3 cups instant oatmeal;
3 tablespoons of peanut butter;
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (vanillin can be used)
Cooking technique:Heat cocoa, sugar, milk and butter over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil, remembering to stir.
Combine oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and pour over hot cocoa mixture.
Form cookies from the resulting mixture, put on a parchment-lined dish and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to harden.

Fruit kebab in chocolateIngredients:2 bananas, cut into large rings;
24 pieces of pineapple;
12 large strawberries, cut in half
1 bar of your favorite chocolate;
1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
In addition, you will need 24 wooden grill skewers.
Cooking technique:String banana, pineapple, and strawberry slices on each skewer in any order.
Place fruit skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (or over a double boiler).
Drizzle fruit kebabs with chocolate, top with peanuts, and refrigerate to set, about 15 minutes.
