According to him, if the agricultural workshop continues to show its effectiveness, the plans include the construction of another complex. “We are doing everything possible to make our Gaina workshop self-sufficient and self-sustaining, so that employees can earn money here and make it an honor to work here. All conditions have been created in our state for the development of any sector of the economy,” the general director emphasized.

As Igor Brylo recalled, a few years ago, the first dairy farm "777" was opened in the Gayna SCC. "Now it works, it gives good results. I want to emphasize that if it were not for the new technologies that have been introduced in our country in agriculture over the past 15-20 years, we would never have been able to ensure our food security. The new farm is a bright an example of the most advanced developments in the agricultural sector," the First Deputy Minister said.

He noted that all over the world there is a tendency to reduce the number of people employed in agricultural production. “But thanks to the latest technologies and the latest equipment, which is also produced by the Minsk Tractor Plant, farmers no longer fight for the harvest, but work systematically and calmly,” summed up Igor Brylo.

The new dairy farm in the SCC "Gaina" OJSC "MTW" is designed for 384 heads of dairy herds. Construction of the facility began less than a year ago. The Minsk Tractor Works has invested more than Br10 million in construction and installation works alone. Two cowsheds, a milking and dairy unit, a maternity ward, an auxiliary premises unit, an indoor dispensary, a dry cow and heifer workshop, and a young stock building have been built.

SCC "Gayna" shows a positive trend in the cultivation of cattle, the number of which at the end of 2020 amounted to 3269 heads. MILK production in 2020 exceeded 7 thousand tons. Over five years, the volume increased by 1.5 times. The average milk yield per cow increased by more than 40%.

The task for 2021 is to overcome the eight thousandth milestone in milk yield per cow. From the opened dairy farm (after reaching the design capacity), an increase in the volume of milk produced as a whole by at least 30% is expected. The payback of funds invested in construction will be ensured within 6.5 years.

Minsk Tractor Works is one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery in the world. In addition to MTZ, MTZ-Holding includes 10 enterprises, 25 assembly plants have been established abroad. Products are presented in the markets of more than 60 countries.
