Unity of science and practice is the key to success of agricultural production
Photo is illustrative in nature. From open sources.

In the Falko-agro branch of the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex, over 10 years of reforms and active construction, they have almost completely abandoned tethered livestock, renovated old livestock buildings, built five new complexes, and increased the cattle population almost threefold. Lands of more than 10 thousand hectares required a serious update of the machinery and tractor fleet (there are one hundred different agricultural machines in the fleet). Now the agricultural enterprise produces about 30 thousand tons of milk per year, sending raw materials to factories with a marketability of 93-95%. The farm plans to complete 2023 with a 10-thousandth kg of milk yield from one cow. Livestock feed is practically the basis of success. This year, the grain group of the farm amounted to 2600 hectares, the same area was allocated for corn. High results are the result of extensive scientific work, increased professional competencies of the team, and many years of improvement of the material and technical base of the farm.
