Brazil increases beef exports by 23% in first four months of year

According to the data, the export value in the first four months of the year exceeded 4.644 billion US dollars , up 23% from 2024 , with 1.052 billion tons exported, up 14%.

Over the past four months, China imported 386,468 tons of crude oil , up 2%, worth US$1.884 billion, up 12.4%. The next largest market is the US, with 247,145 tons, up 84.2% from 2024, worth US$863 million (+117%).

Chile was the third largest buyer of Brazilian beef, supplying 39,608 tons (+41.3%) in the first four months worth $211.9 million (+61.5%).

A total of 114 countries increased imports , while another 42 countries reduced purchases.
