In Russia, calculated the index of pancakes

Thus, the index rose by seven percent compared to the same period last year. it is noted that in Moscow the indicator is at the level of 99 rubles (an increase of five percent), in  St. Petersburg  - 96 rubles (an increase of 10 percent), in Kazan - 90 rubles (nine percent higher), in Yekaterinburg - 102 rubles ( 10 percent higher), in Novosibirsk - 103 rubles (up 6 percent).

The index was calculated based on a traditional pancake recipe: 500 milliliters of MILK, 2 eggs, 200 grams of FLOUR, 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, a tablespoon of SUGAR and half a teaspoon of SALT.

При этом в российских заведениях общественного питания порция блинов стоит в среднем 142 рубля, что на 18 процентов больше, чем в прошлом году, а оладьи — 133 рубля (на 10 процентов выше). Стоимость банки варенья к блинам повысилась до 148 рублей (рост на два процента), а сгущенки — до 107 рублей (рост также на два процента).
