In 2020, the Gubkinsky Meat Processing Plant repeatedly reduced its net profit

The net profit of Gubkinsky MEAT Processing Plant JSC (part of the BVK Agro-Industrial Group) decreased from 9.2 million in 2029 to 67 thousand rubles.

Such a sharp drop in the gross and net profit of the enterprise, shown in the annual statements, occurred against the backdrop of an increase in revenue from 1.9 billion in 2019 to 2.2 billion in 2020.

The financial results were affected by an increase in the cost of sales from 1.5 billion in 2019 to 1.9 billion rubles in 2020.

Last year, the Gubkinsky Meat Processing Plant reduced the amount of accounts payable from 592.9 to 384.4 million rubles. The receivables of the enterprise also decreased from 306.6 to 116.8 million rubles.

An investment project is aimed at reducing costs and increasing production volumes, which will be implemented with the support of the Monotowns Fund of the Belgorod Region.
