
The turnover of agricultural products between RUSSIA and Hungary in 2021 increased by 17%, the Agroexport center said following a meeting of the working group on agriculture of the Russian-Hungarian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation.
“Over the ten months of this year, the turnover of agricultural products and food between the countries increased by 17% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 184 million US dollars . According to (Deputy Minister of Agriculture - ed.) Sergei Levin, domestic companies are ready to increase supplies of food products, alcoholic beverages, oilseeds and confectionery products to Hungary," the center said in a statement.
it is noted that at present, several investment projects are being implemented in Russia together with Hungarian partners, including in the field of MEAT and dairy production, as well as animal breeding. As the Deputy Minister noted, Russia is interested in the further development of this area of cooperation.
