Thus, during the analysis of data entered into the Mercury information system, it was established that on April 16, the authorized person of the enterprise issued veterinary accompanying documents, according to which 119.7 kg of frozen beef by-products (liver), having a two-year shelf life, were sent to 2 socially significant institutions of the Shadrinsky district of the Kurgan region: school and kindergarten.

According to the documents, Podvorye LLC received from Bryansk MEAT Company LLC liver produced in January-February 2024 with a shelf life of January-February 2026.

By his actions, the supplier violated the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On the Safety of Food Products” (TR CU 021/2011), according to which the use of frozen blocks of various types of trimmed meat, as well as offal (liver, tongue) is not allowed for feeding children of preschool and school age , hearts) with a shelf life of more than 6 months.

Due to the fact that the enterprise supplies products to kindergartens and schools that do not meet the requirements of technical regulations, the Department informed the administrations of the institutions and recommended strengthening control over input products. The institutions removed the remaining products from circulation and returned them to the supplier. The Department of Education and Science of the Kurgan Region was also informed about the identified violation.
