Rosselkhoznadzor found a dangerous farm "Ravisa" in the Chelyabinsk region

The Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions informed about the results of an inspection conducted in relation to Zarya LLC (agricultural enterprise based in the Sosnovsky district and 99%, according to the Kontur.Fokus system, controlled by Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm LLC).

Employees of the department found violations of veterinary legislation on the territory of the agricultural enterprise. In particular, it was found that the farm was partially missing a fence, which facilitates the penetration of wild animals into the area. At the entrance there was no area for disinfection of incoming vehicles. In addition, the farm did not have a facility for quarantine of cattle, and diseased animals were kept in the general herd.

The inspectors regarded what they saw as violations of the federal law “On Veterinary Medicine” and the Veterinary Rules for keeping cattle for the purpose of its reproduction, cultivation and sale.

As a result of the audit, an administrative case was initiated against the company under Part 1 of Art. 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Violation of animal quarantine rules or other veterinary and sanitary rules." The company was fined. In addition, the management of Zarya LLC (the post of DIRECTOR, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, is occupied by Andrey Levchenko) received an order to eliminate the identified violations of the law.
