Suppliers are filing lawsuits against the Svetofor network due to problems with contract fulfillment.

Following the actions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), the company was forced to change the terms of its contracts, giving counterparties an opportunity to prove their case in COURT. Lawsuits are pouring in from across the country, including from large poultry farms and other suppliers, demanding refunds for unfulfilled obligations. Problems with regulatory authorities are worsening: inspections by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) have uncovered serious violations in the chain's warehouses and stores, as evidenced by numerous administrative reports.
