Perm Poultry Farm AGROSILA Improved Production Performance in the First Half of the Year

Roadmaps have been developed to improve production performance and optimize functionality in all production and auxiliary departments, and biosecurity requirements have been tightened. The feeding program has been revised, aimed at normalizing the metabolism and digestion processes in birds, increasing the average daily weight gain. Within two months, a smooth transition to 100% feeding of the pedigree reproducer with feed from Naberezhnye Chelny Elevator JSC is being carried out. A schedule has been drawn up for the reconstruction of housings for fattening broilers with an increase in the stock and replacement of obsolete equipment, modernization of the ventilation system. All this will allow increasing production volumes at the Perm poultry farm to 41 thousand tons in live weight this year.

According to the results of the first half of 2023, the poultry farm improved its production indicators compared to the same period last year. Thus, the productivity of laying hens increased by 0.5% - up to 145.1 eggs laid. The efficiency of the incubator increased: the percentage of hatching of chickens increased by 0.3%, to 82.7%.

As a reminder, JSC Agrosila Poultry Farm Permskaya is the largest producer of broiler meat and products of its processing in the Perm Territory. The design capacity of the enterprise is 48 thousand tons of finished products per year. The assortment of the poultry farm includes 168 items, including chicken carcasses, cutting products, chilled and frozen semi-finished products, poultry meat sausages. In addition, products of the Halal category are produced here strictly in accordance with the canons of Sharia.

The products of the poultry farm are presented in more than 5 thousand retail outlets, including all federal and local retail chains, and the high quality of products is confirmed by the highest awards of the All-Russian competition "100 Best Goods of Russia", industry federal and regional exhibitions.
