Opening of a new laboratory for the analysis and modeling of meat products in collaboration with Mordovia State University

Students enrolled in the "Animal Origin Food Products" program will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical applications, tackling real-world production tasks from their first year. The laboratory is equipped with the latest equipment and MultiMit Expert software from FoodSoft, which enables calculations and recipe optimization.
