During the inspection, it was discovered that 90% of the animals on the cattle and horse farm lacked veterinary documentation and had been illegally imported into the region. Inspectors found numerous violations, including the absence of fencing to prevent wild animals from entering, inadequate manure disinfection, and the use of feed additives that did not meet veterinary and sanitary requirements.
Furthermore, unauthorized slaughter of animals took place on the farm's premises under conditions that did not meet hygienic and veterinary standards. The slaughterhouses lacked the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies for sanitary inspections, and no pre-slaughter inspections were conducted. As a result, the storage of biologique waste was discovered.
The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance issued three orders to correct the violations, and the administrative violation cases were referred to court to suspend the entrepreneur's activities.
