During its cooperation with the Kaluga Region since 2014, Miratorg has launched 15 farms in 11 districts. Every year, the holding increases the area of forage crops, restoring abandoned lands. Over the past ten years, more than 30 thousand hectares of unused land have been returned to agriculture , and this year it is planned to return another 1,800 hectares. To service equipment, the company created two repair and technical bases, one of which was launched in the Sukhinichsky District in 2018.

The repair and technical complex in the Kuibyshevsky district was built in less than a year and began its work at the beginning of this year. Investments in the project amounted to 97 million rubles. About 150 specialists work here, servicing about 250 units of equipment. The base has its own filling station, car wash, tire shop, metal processing area, warehouse for storing materials and stocks of fuel and lubricants. There are also places for storing equipment in winter and summer.

Vladislav Shapsha noted the conveniences for employees: a repair area with heating, lifting beams and a ventilation system, an administrative and household block with spacious offices, rest and food rooms, changing rooms, showers and toilets. The governor wished success and presented letters of gratitude to the holding's employees, noting the company's contribution to the development of beef cattle breeding in the region.

"Miratorg's farms already have about 100 thousand heads of cattle . Largely due to the company's work, the cattle population in the region has grown more than 50 times. In fact, the implementation of Miratorg's investment projects has allowed the revival of beef cattle breeding in the region," the governor noted.
