Kochenivska poultry farm stopped the activities of several workshops

In the Novosibirsk region, the activities of several buildings of ZAO Kochenevskaya Poultry Farm have been suspended.

According to the chairman of the board of directors of one of the largest poultry enterprises in the region, Alexander Morozov, 500 people were laid off with the payment of wages.

Apparently, production was stopped due to unprofitability: the cost of equipment, feed and veterinary drugs has recently significantly exceeded profits. In the regional Ministry of Agriculture, the situation was explained by the internal financial problems of the company with high accounts payable and delays in payments. The State Labor Inspectorate in the Novosibirsk Region clarified that the Kochenevskaya poultry farm owed 6.4 million rubles to 245 employees.

CJSC "Kochenevskaya Poultry Farm", founded in 1968, is located in the regional center of Kochenevo. The company specializes in MEAT poultry farming, the production of semi-finished products, sausages, MILK and grain. 

The poultry complex includes 18 buildings for fattening poultry (for 26 thousand heads each) and two buildings for cage keeping (for 55 and 86 thousand heads). The enterprise has its own hatchery, designed to receive 7 million eggs per year, a slaughterhouse with a capacity of 3,000 heads per hour, a feed mill with a capacity of 5 tons per hour, and a semi-finished products workshop with a processing capacity of 25-30 tons of poultry meat per shift. 

In addition to the main production, the poultry farm owns an additional site in the village of Sosnovka (Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region), where replacement young and parent stock of the Ross-308 cross are raised. Two more divisions in the villages of Krutologovo and Shagalovo (Kochenevsky district) specialize in dairy farming and crop production.
