When analyzing the operations performed by business entities in the Mercury information system, it was found that on March 1, 2023, an authorized person of the municipal enterprise issued a production veterinary certificate for frozen venison without specifying raw materials, which does not ensure the traceability of food products.

Upon further review of the data entered by the enterprise into the Mercury system, it was confirmed that 495.6 kg of venison was produced from raw materials of unknown origin.

According to the veterinary legislation, raw materials used for the production of food products must be proven safe from the point of view of the epizootic well-being of the area of origin, comply with the requirements of the technical regulation "On Food Safety", be accompanied by shipping documents.

At the end of March, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR administration issued a warning to the municipal enterprise agricultural producer Ostrovnoye about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements in the manufacture of MEAT products.

In total, since the beginning of 2023, when analyzing operations in the FSIS "Mercury" by the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, eight violations were detected in the manufacture of meat and dairy products.
