The property of Maryinsky Poultry Farm in the Stavropol Territory fell by ₽6 million

The property of CJSC "Maryinskaya Poultry Farm" in the Stavropol Territory was again put up for auction. This is stated in the materials of the Unified Register of Information on Bankruptcy.

The property complex of CJSC "Maryinskaya Poultry Farm" was presented at the auction as a single lot, consisting of: 67 buildings (structures), 4 land plots, 352 pieces of equipment, 40 pieces of vehicles. The initial price of the lot was 53.8 million rubles. The auction is scheduled for March 2, 2022.

As RBC Kavkaz reported, earlier this property of the poultry farm was not sold at the auction for 59.8 million rubles.

Recall that in June 2020 it became known that the Arbitration COURT of the Stavropol Territory introduced supervision in relation to Maryinskaya Poultry Farm CJSC.

According to the materials of the court, the HEAD of CJSC "Maryinskaya Poultry Farm" applied for declaring the company bankrupt. The basis for applying to the court was the presence of the organization's debt to creditors and the impossibility of satisfying the creditors' claims in full. As of the date of filing the application, accounts payable amounted to 128.5 million rubles. The largest amount of debt - 122.6 million rubles - the company has to JSC Rosselkhozbank.

In December 2020, the court declared the debtor bankrupt and opened bankruptcy proceedings. Once again, it was extended until November 29, 2021.

According to the Company's RBC service, CJSC Maryinskaya Poultry Farm was registered in 2004 in the Stavropol Territory. The main activity is the breeding of poultry. In 2020, the company's revenue amounted to 2.54 million rubles, with a net loss of 15.7 million rubles.

According to SPARK, the company was spun off during the reorganization of the Tyumen LLC Zarya-OGO. OAO Agroindustrial Company OGO, now liquidated in the course of bankruptcy, is indicated as the owner of the company. Its main owners, in turn, are Streamline Finance Corporation, Paolo Group (both registered in Panama) and the international commercial company Sunbird Corp, registered in Belize.
