These are the changes we have for the better. We support the development of cattle breeding in Buryatia.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Buryatia Galsan Dareev spoke about the new rules for slaughtering livestock. According to him, there are no bans on slaughtering livestock in farmsteads if it is produced for personal consumption.

And if a farmer intends to make money selling meat, then cattle should be slaughtered in specialized places - at a slaughterhouse to obtain accompanying documents, without which it is impossible to sell meat, since it must be displayed in the Mercury system.

The deputy chairman also reported on other places of slaughter for sale. According to him, these are ordinary platforms with a canopy and a covering on the ground. Such a site must be registered in the Cerberus system through the HEAD of the settlement, the district veterinary station or the agricultural department. And slaughter in the presence of a veterinarian to obtain a certificate.
