Cherkizovo Group intends to complete three investment projects in the Tula region by 2028

An agreement to create the largest MEAT processing cluster in RUSSIA in the Tula region was signed at the SPIEF-2021. As part of the cluster's creation, the Cherkizovo Group will build three production facilities in the Efremov advanced development area in the next three years, soyanews reports, citing Interfax.

The volume of investments under the current agreement will exceed 40 billion rubles. The total capacity of all production facilities will be about 600 thousand tons of finished products per year. As a result of the project, more than 3 thousand jobs will be created. The projects are planned to be completed by the end of 2028.

In total, the Tula Region signed 27 investment agreements worth more than 166 billion rubles at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, noted the region's governor, Dmitry Milyaev.
