At the opening of the fish farm, the HEAD of the Ministry of Agriculture noted its great potential - in the future, tens of tons of especially valuable fish species will be grown here. In addition, a new point of attraction for tourists has appeared in the republic. An appropriate infrastructure has already been created, which will contribute to the development of agritourism.
According to Dmitry Patrushev, the direction of aquaculture in RUSSIA has been developing dynamically in recent years. According to the results of last year, more than 380 thousand tons were produced, which is 75% more than 5 years ago. The Ministry of Agriculture will continue to provide all possible support to fish farms.
The Argun hydroelectric complex is the most important facility for the reclamation complex and, in general, for the agro-industrial complex of the Chechen Republic. Almost 1.8 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget for its restoration. Putting the hydroelectric complex into operation will increase the area of irrigated land by 23,000 hectares.
As Dmitry Patrushev noted, in the future this will give a significant increase in crop volumes , and regional animal husbandry will also receive an additional incentive due to the supply of water to pastures. The commissioning of the facility also has the most important social function - it will create over 700 jobs and provide water to nearby settlements.
Further development of the reclamation complex of the republic was one of the topics of the working meeting between Dmitry Patrushev and Ramzan Kadyrov. The minister stressed that systematic work to increase crop production directly depends on land reclamation. More than 98% of the available reclaimed agricultural land is used in the region - this is a good basis for the implementation of the state program "Earth". Last year, within its framework, 4 projects of the Chechen Republic were financed for 265 million rubles. This year, 43 projects will be supported for more than 400 million rubles.
The parties also discussed the course of spring field work, dynamics in animal husbandry, work to improve the quality of life in rural areas, bringing state support to agricultural producers. Dmitry Patrushev noted the 100% level of disbursement of federal funds allocated to the region in 2022. This year, the republic is provided with 2.3 billion rubles, and farmers have already received almost 60% of this amount.
Speaking about the work on the integrated development of rural areas, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture stressed that in three years the activities of the profile state program covered 60 thousand people in the Chechen Republic. This year they will affect more than 40,000 more. Now the region is implementing 4 measures of the state program, the amount of funding for 2023 exceeds 830 million rubles.
This year, the republic was among the first to start spring field work. Today, the rate of spring sowing is higher than last year. There is a positive trend in the application of mineral fertilizers, as well as an increase in the indicator of energy supply of agricultural organizations. During his trip to the region, the minister visited the post-harvest grain processing complex based on MTK Standard-S LLC and examined the fleet of agricultural machinery for sowing and harvesting.
