
Trichinellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the larvae of the roundworm Trichinella spiralis, which can cause severe symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, facial swelling, and skin rashes. In severe cases, it carries the risk of damage to internal organs and the central nervous system.
The brown bear hunting season in Yugra continues until June 10 and from August 1 to December 31. The agency strongly recommends against eating wild meat unless it has been cooked for at least 2.5 hours and in pieces more than 8 cm thick.
