Disease prevention
Washing hands before eating - a rule familiar from childhood, is the most effective for the prevention of salmonellosis and other intestinal infections.
Separate knife for raw meat and fish. The same applies to the cutting board, which, together with the knife, should be thoroughly washed and rinsed with boiling water after use.
Do not eat undercooked meat - it should be cooked for at least 1 hour.
Do not eat mogul and do not drink raw eggs.
Drink only pasteurized and boiled milk.
Avoid buying meat and dairy products from dubious outlets.
