The Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers is celebrated on the second Sunday of October, but in Siberia at this time the harvest has not yet been completed , and therefore the festive event is postponed to a later date. At the festive concert in the Drama Theater, Governor Vladimir Mazur thanked crop and livestock growers, managers, specialists and workers, representatives of large agricultural enterprises and small farms for their work, professionalism and responsible attitude to business. "There is no easy way to get by. I can't remember a year when field work went like clockwork. This year was no exception," said Governor Vladimir Mazur, congratulating farmers on the holiday. "You were tested already in the first weeks of field work - there was a drought. As a result, the grain ripening process was disrupted. Then the price of grain fell, and then fuel and lubricants went up. We solved all these problems together manually, helped farmers cope with the difficulties." Governor Vladimir Mazur spoke about the socio-economic development of the village, including the federal program "Integrated Development of Rural Areas. " "Our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin pays great attention to the quality of life in the village, which, of course, should be decent. Thanks to the support of the HEAD of state, we are putting public spaces in order, repairing roads and schools, doing social gasification, building first aid posts, equipping district hospitals with modern equipment. There are many tasks ahead, we need to do more, improve the lives of villagers. We will solve these problems," Governor Vladimir Mazur emphasized. The head of the region presented state awards to representatives of the agro-industrial complex.
