Vereshchaka, Uzbek flatbread, steaks: gastrofest in Brest will offer more than 100 dishes

January 12, Brest. In Brest, on January 14-15, at the Brest fun gastronomic festival, you can taste more than 100 dishes. Such information was published in the Telegram channel of the chairman of the city executive committee Alexander Rogachuk, BelTA informs.

Guests of the festival will be offered a variety of culinary and confectionery products. They promise to satisfy the expectations of even the most demanding gourmets. You can try dishes of the Belarusian national cuisine, including potato pancakes, vereshchaka. The assortment will include 30 types of pancakes with fillings. You can treat yourself to sausages, ribs and grilled steaks, shish kebabs, pilaf, fish soup, saltwort. The gastronomic variety will be complemented by shawarma, hot dogs, Uzbek flatbread, several types of porridge.

In addition, it will be possible to warm up with herbal tea from a samovar, hot chocolate, coffee, classic, honey and non-alcoholic mulled wine, and liqueurs.

The gastronomic festival will unfold on the embankment of the Mukhavets River in the City Garden area.
