June 7, Minsk. In the Stolbtsovsky district, a schoolboy and a friend smashed a stolen car. This was announced to BelTA by the official representative of the USC in the Minsk region Elena Krupenina.

"On March 22, a resident of the Stolbtsy district contacted law enforcement agencies, who reported the theft of a Ford Transit car. According to the investigation, the owner of the car left the keys in the ignition and did not close the door, which was used by two local residents. So, the night before in Stolbtsy A 22-year-old boy drank ALCOHOL in the company of a 15-year-old schoolboy .ended and the guys went by taxi to the gas station to buy beer. In the agro-town of Zayamnoye, Stolbtsy district, they drank alcohol. Near one of the houses, young people saw a Ford car and, heated by alcohol, decided to take a ride. Taking advantage of the carelessness of the owner of the vehicle, the 22-year-old guy started the engine, the companion got into the passenger seat and they drove towards Stolbtsy," the USC said.

After some time, the student also decided to steer. The senior comrade provided such an opportunity and said to go in the direction of the urban village of Mir, but at the crossroads he decided that he needed to go to Stolbtsy. The schoolboy sharply turned the steering wheel to the left, lost control and drove into a metal fence. As a result of the accident, the car suffered mechanical damage.

The Stolbtsovsky District Department of the Investigative Committee qualified the actions of the guys under Part 2 of Article 214 (theft of a vehicle, repeatedly, by a group of persons by prior agreement) of the Criminal Code. During the investigation, the scene of the incident was examined, as well as the car, the accused, the victim and witnesses were interrogated, the testimonies were checked on the spot, the conclusions of forensic psychiatric examinations were studied and attached.

During the interrogation, the defendants confessed their guilt. Despite their age, they have already been prosecuted for similar acts. The senior defendant was also convicted of embezzlement.

it should be noted that the family of a 15-year-old boy is in a socially dangerous position. At the place of study of the minor, the investigator submitted a proposal to take measures to eliminate violations of the law, the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime.
