Drunk and without a license: a driver was detained in the capital on Pobediteley Avenue

August 3, Minsk. The driver with signs of alcohol intoxication was detained in Minsk. BelTA was informed about this by the traffic police of the Minsk city executive committee.

At 09.25, near the house No. 121 on Pobediteley Avenue, the attention of traffic police officers of the traffic police of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee was attracted by a KIA car driven by a 40-year-old driver with obvious signs of intoxication. He was taken for examination, the results of which revealed 3.5 ppm of alcohol.

The driver was found not to have a driver's license. Administrative materials were drawn up against the man, the car was placed in a guarded parking lot.

The State Traffic Inspectorate recalls that driving while intoxicated and without the right to drive is strictly prohibited by current legislation.
