A man in Zhodino stabbed to death a pensioner who looked after his disabled father

According to the investigation, on August 1, the body of a 63-year-old woman with signs of violent death was found in a house on Minskaya Street in Zhodino. Investigators immediately rushed to the scene.

It was found that the pensioner looked after a disabled friend and helped his 37-year-old son around the house. On the eve of the tragedy, the three of them usedalcohol . During a feast, a conflict broke out between a pensioner and a man because of the mess in the house. The defendant lost his temper, grabbed a knife and began to strike the pensioner. His father witnessed the murder, but was unable to help the woman due to disability.

After the murder, the 37-year-old man went to bed. The body of the pensioner was discovered by a relative of the owner of the house and reported the incident to the police. The figurant was promptly detained. Experts found more than 60 stab wounds on the body of the victim.

The Zhodino city department of the Investigative Committee charged the man under clause 6, part 2, article 139 of the Criminal Code (murder committed with particular cruelty). With the sanction of the prosecutor, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was applied to him. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
