Tomsk region increased financial support for gardeners

In 2023, 9.7 million rubles will be allocated for the development of the infrastructure of Tomsk garden non-profit partnerships (SNT) under the state program "Development of agriculture, raw materials and food markets in the Tomsk region."
It is planned to use the allocated funds to repair roads inside the Michurinets SNT (Kolpashevo) and Khimik-2 (Kopylovo village), as well as to build a new water supply system in the Vesna SNT (Stepanovka village).
Last year, the gardening associations of our region received state support in the amount of 8 million rubles, thanks to which new power lines were built, water supply facilities were repaired, land management (cadastral) work was carried out when registering common land plots within the borders of gardening associations.
Andrei Markin, Chairman of the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Union of Gardeners of Russia, said that in 2022, repairs and construction of new power supply facilities were carried out in the Petrovo (Petrovo), Molodezhny (Loskutovo), Vagonnik (p. Khromovka). In SNT "Gorka" and "Khimik-2" (p. Kopylovo), "Ryabinka" (p. Svetly) repaired water supply facilities. Financing of work in garden associations is carried out in the ratio of 50/50 from the regional budget and at the expense of the summer residents themselves. Land management (cadastral) works are financed in the ratio of 20/80, where most of the funds come from the regional budget.
