Results of work in the field of state veterinary supervision at the State Border of the Russian Federation and transport on the territory of the Republic of Mordovia for 7 months of 2023

Специалистами отдела государственного ветеринарного надзора на Государственной границе Российской Федерации и транспорте по Республике Мордовия Управления Россельхознадзора по Республике Мордовия и Пензенской областиfor 7 months of 2023, 22 control (supervisory) activities were carried out, including: 17 observations of compliance with mandatory requirements (security monitoring), 2 on-site unscheduled inspections, agreed with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Moldova; 3 on-site assessments of the license applicant's compliance with licensing requirements, of which 1 on-site assessment was carried out by employees of the territorial administration as part of the provision of the state service for licensing pharmaceutical activities at the request of the central office of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
54 preventive measures were taken, including: 9 preventive visits to the subjects of circulation of medicinal products for veterinary use, 16 informing and 12 consultations for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on issues related to the organization and implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of medicinal products circulation means for veterinary use, 17 announcements warning about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements by business entities.
During the specified period, 9 surveys of agricultural enterprises were carried out in order to obtain permission to import from abroad and export controlled goods.
For 7 months of 2023, the receipt and dispatch of 825 batches was controlled - 53,552.4 tons of controlled cargo, 70,000 heads of day-old chickens, 16 heads of companion animals (dogs, cats).
As part of the work on monitoring the quality and safety of food products, export certification of controlled goods, the specialists of the department selected 265 samples, including: within the framework of enhanced laboratory control - 80 samples, food monitoring "Export APK" - 108 samples, export certification - 71 samples , studies of feed on GMOs - 6 samples. Sample studies are carried out in the testing laboratories of the FGBI "ARRIAH", FGBU "VGNKI". During the research, 2 positive samples of food products and 1 sample of feed were identified.
For 7 months, the specialists of the department considered 4 applications for the provision of state services for licensing pharmaceutical activities in the field of retail trade in medicinal products for veterinary use, including: 2 applications for a license and 2 applications for amendments to the register of licenses. Based on the results of consideration of applications, 2 licenses were granted to a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur engaged in pharmaceutical activities in the Republic of Mordovia, and changes were made to the register of 2 licenses of legal entities engaged in pharmaceutical activities in the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region, respectively.
Since the beginning of this year, for the purpose of blocking in Roskomnadzorsent information about 32 identified Internet resources containing offers to sell medicinal products for veterinary use by organizations that do not have a license to carry out pharmaceutical activities, and the sale of veterinary medicinal products, the retail sale of which is limited or prohibited in accordance with Federal Law No. 61-FZ "On the circulation of medicines". As a result, Roskomnadzor blocked 26 Internet resources.
The results of the control and supervision activities of the department's employees are regularly covered in the media and on the official website of the Department. For 7 months of 2023, 44 press releases were posted on the official website of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza Region, 38 articles were published in print media, and 13 messages were broadcast on the radio.
